How do I book a shoot?
Get in touch through the contact form or email me at andreaochoaphoto@gmail.com with details about your session or project. Your booking is confirmed once your retainer and required booking documents are received.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days, depending on the type and size of the project. Larger events, weddings and commercial projects may require additional time. Priority delivery is available for select projects for an additional fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due according to your booking agreement. Payment arrangements may be available for larger projects upon request.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is accepted by e-transfer and other approved payment methods outlined at booking.
When is payment due?
A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking agreement. Final high-resolution images are delivered once the balance has been paid in full.
Do you have a studio?
Yes! I have a private home studio in Richmond Hill available for headshots, portraits and select sessions at no additional studio rental cost.
Will I receive every photo taken during my session?
Final galleries are professionally curated to remove test shots, duplicates, blinks, missed focus and other images that do not represent the finished work. The number of delivered images varies by session and package.
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
No. RAW and unfinished images are not included. All delivered photographs are professionally finished to reflect the quality and style represented in my portfolio.
Can I purchase additional retouched images?
Yes. Additional hand-retouched images are available for $50 + HST per image unless otherwise specified in your package.
Can I receive my photos sooner?
Priority delivery is available for select sessions and projects for an additional fee, subject to availability. Event clients can also choose from priority and same-day delivery options listed under Event Add-Ons.
Do you travel?
Yes! I photograph projects throughout Toronto and the GTA. Travel is included where specifically stated in a package; additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is subject to the terms of your booking agreement. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can arrange a new date.
Can I use my photos on social media?
Yes! Personal photography packages include personal usage for social media and professional profiles where applicable. Commercial advertising, campaigns and other business uses may require additional licensing. And if you share them, I'd love for you to tag me @andreaochoaphoto
What is commercial licensing?
Commercial licensing gives a business permission to use photographs for specified commercial purposes. Licensing is based on factors including intended use, duration, distribution and campaign scope and is quoted according to the needs of each project.
Do I own the copyright to my photos?
Copyright remains with Andrea Ochoa Photography unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients receive usage rights appropriate to their package or licensing agreement.
